Key Duties Carry out maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex high-vacuum and process equipment. Provide on-site service and technical support to UK-based clients. Ensure all work is completed in line with safety, quality, and compliance standards. Communicate technical findings clearly to clients and internal stakeholders. Work closely with the engineering team to support design improvements and innovation. Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
