We are currently recruiting for a high-calibre Principal Infrastructure/Civil Engineer to join our expanding engineering team at our Bristol office. This is a fantastic opportunity to embark on a new journey with us and contribute to our mission of delivering an exceptional service that creates sustainable and successful developments. We work with a wide-ranging portfolio of clients across the UK, covering various sectors.

As part of our team, you will have a pivotal role in leading projects, brainstorming innovative solutions to land development challenges and implementing stellar design practices.

• Lead projects and guide project teams on civil/infra engineering assignments for land development.
• Brainstorm innovative solutions to land development challenges and implement design practices.
• Engage directly with technical design work and prepare drawings and documentation.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Civil Engineering best practices and standards.
• Technical design expertise to deliver high-quality results across a variety of projects.
• Proven track record in preparing drawings and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to developing practical design solutions for land development.
• Experience as a leader, capable of guiding project teams and engaging in technical design work.
