Produce stress reports and substantiation documentation to aerospace standards

Support design, development, and qualification of composite components and assemblies

Provide technical input to internal and customer design reviews

Utilise industry-standard FEA tools to support analysis activitiesContract Aerospace Senior Stress Engineer Essential Skills/Experience/QualificationsExtensive experience as a Stress Engineer within the aerospace industry

Strong background in composite stress analysis and substantiation

Proficient with FEA tools such as NASTRAN / PATRAN, Hyper Works, or equivalent

Understanding of aerospace certification and stress methodologies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to support complex engineering decisions
