I'm working with a Tridium-biased BMS specialist who seeks a BMS Service & Commissioning skill set to work in London, Home Counties & Europe. The directors are knowledgeable and very experienced within the BMS industry, and they are keen to speak to proficient BMS professionals who are open to traveling for work outside the area, including some very interesting Data Centre projects in Europe.

The director’s are keen to speak with BMS Service & Commissioning Engineers that have had project experience on sites such as Data Centres, Hospitals, or University campuses (other experiences will be considered). The majority of projects will be Tridium, so holding some form of product training would be desirable (N4 certificate). BMS new‑build and BMS upgrade experience will be considered; my client delivers both.

The BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer will also be tasked with BMS services & troubleshooting. My client’s portfolio on the service side leans toward Trend sites; experience with old and new systems such as IQ3, IQ4, IQ5, IQvision, 963 is desirable.

• Project experience on sites such as Data Centres, Hospitals, or University campuses.
• Experience with Tridium projects; holding an N4 certificate is desirable.
• New‑build and upgrade experience.
• BMS services & troubleshooting, with preference for IQ3, IQ4, IQ5, IQvision, 963 and Trend systems.

• £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on product knowledge and skill set.
