In this role, you will engage with clients, providing expert guidance and solutions tailored to their needs while playing a crucial role in expanding our market presence. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective aerospace clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure product specifications meet customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within the aerospace component manufacturing sector.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of RBC's offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements, ensuring profitable growth while maintaining the company's values of integrity and respect.
  • Travel up to 50% to visit customers or teams.

    • Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and engineering within the aerospace industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading a sales team.
  • Strong understanding of aerospace component manufacturing processes and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Residency in the UK with a proven work history in aerospace component sales management.
