Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Concession Technical Administrator with strong knowledge of non‑conformance processes within aerospace engineering.
This role combines Programme and Operations Management with robust Data Management responsibilities. You will be accountable for ensuring effective disposition and timely turnaround of non‑conformance submissions, supporting both client and internal engineering teams. Along with quality checking of operational data regarding manufacturing concessions, entry of this data into a management tool for analysis, processing & reporting, liaising with On‑Site/Off‑Site engineers around the country, and monitoring customer SAP Concessions system.

- Validate and clarify the data, resolving queries with the originator(s) and/or specialist engineers
- Monitor and progress data through an agreed workflow process
- Collate data at the end of the process
- Accountable for disposition and turnaround time of non‑conformance submissions (Concessions, Deviation Permits, DARs, TADs, FPAs and other QNs)
- Ensure all submissions are progressed efficiently through completion, maintaining momentum and visibility
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to take accountability, drive progress and direct resources to meet objectives
- Strong time‑management skills, with the ability to balance multiple meetings, actions and priorities effectively
- Highly methodical, logical and detail‑oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Understanding of engineering and manufacturing drawings, processes and terminology
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative when required
