Our client is one of the UK’s leading developers of design led, high quality residential schemes. With an outstanding reputation for delivering numerous regeneration schemes across the country, we are looking for an experienced Engineer to oversee all of the Engineering, infrastructure and technical design elements on their latest 5-star development.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operating in a similar role within either a house builder or consultancy and be comfortable with the following elements:
 
* Highways approvals
 
* Drainage design & adoption
 
* Section 38, 278 and 104 agreements
 
* Utilities Coordination
