Our client are Engineering Consultants and Chartered Building Surveyors who provide services such as Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Pre Planning, Building Surveying, Insurance Surveying and Project Management.

They are now on the lookout for an Associate Civil Engineer to join their growing team in their Bristol office. You will be the first Civils team member to join this office and will be responsible for growing the Civils team.

In this role, you will be responsible for working with the Business Development Manager to meet with clients and win Civils work, preparing fee proposals, oversee and develop appropriate technical solutions / reports from conception through to completion, provide advice and resolve emerging problems, monitor progress and compile project status reports, manage budgets, attending meetings and establishing clients needs, managing all deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and more.

The successful candidate will hold 8+ years experience working within Civil Engineering and will hold Chartership or be working towards becoming chartered. You will have experience working on drainage and flood risk and will have the ability to develop new and existing client relationships.
