Field Service Engineer – Bristol

Salary: £39,000 (OTE £60,000)

Shift: Monday – Friday

Bristol area (candidates must be based in or around Bristol)

I’m currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer for a market leader in industrial manufacturing. The role requires a multi‑skilled individual who is either electrically or mechanically biased, with an engineering qualification. The Field Service Engineer will carry out complete servicing of equipment, evaluate and resolve mechanical and electrical problems, and provide timely support to minimise downtime.

• Carry out complete servicing of equipment
• Evaluate and resolve mechanical and electrical problems
• Provide electrical and mechanical support quickly and efficiently to minimise downtime

• Strong mechanical and electrical skills
• Manufacturing background (ideally heavy)
• Engineering qualifications
• Comfortable with fault‑finding and on‑site diagnostics
• Ability to work independently and travel to customer locations
