What You'll Be Doing:

· Leading and mentoring a growing team of planners.

· Managing a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

· Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.

· Driving business development and contributing to the growth of the consultancy.

What We're Looking For:

· A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline.

· RTPI membership (or eligibility).

· Proven experience managing projects and teams.

· A passion for delivering innovative planning solutions.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
