An existing opportunity to join a leading manufacturing company based in the Cardiff area. This is a stable and growing business with ambitious development and progression plans in place. The company services and sells its products worldwide and is involved in a range of innovative and exciting ongoing projects. This role will have aspects of UK & European travel.

• Conduct site visits (home and abroad) and perform remedial work as per customer requests and agreed method statements.
• Ensure compliance with all site health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Complete and submit site visit reports via the online management system, obtaining customer approval.
• Conduct risk assessments and follow safe working practices.
• Report accidents, near misses, and any safety concerns in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist the production team with tasks that align with your training and expertise when required.
• Support the IQC team with product testing and installations.
• Participate in training to maintain compliance with site demands and legislative requirements.
• Suggest improvements to plant, equipment, or processes to enhance efficiency and

• Relevant carpentry, technical or engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQ, HNC, or equivalent).
• Practical experience in a similar role may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
• Holder of a Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
