Mechanical Team Leader Long term contract till December 2027 Monday to Fridays Days 7.30am to 3.30pm (40 hour week) Were on the lookout for a Mechanical Team Leader with real hands-on skill and Team Leading experience in the Rail/Vehicle indsutries Mechanical Team Leader Role Responsible for shift briefs, work allocations, KPI's and monitoring Experience in large fitting environments, coach/vehicle builds Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics Using hand and power tools for cutting, folding, and fitting Quality checking builds for alignment and accuracy Following Health & Safety procedures and maintaining a safe workspace What Youll Need as the Mechanical Team Leader Proven experience as a Mechanical Team Leader in a fast-paced or technical environment Strong ability to read and work from technical drawings Confident with a wide range of hand and power tools Problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail HS focus and Quality first Background in Aviation, Military, Marine, or similar sectors is an advantage Mechanical Team Leader Pay Long term contract PAYE £22.37ph Umbrella £30.50ph Apply now for the Mechanical Team Leader role!
