You will lead across critical estates programmes, support engineering risk management and act as a trusted technical advisor to the Estates Senior Leadership team. You will need proven experience working with the following:
Strong technical knowledge of building services engineering including mechanical, HVAC and BMS systems Engineering risk management, safety critical systems and hazard-based approaches Fault finding, root cause analysis and development of engineering controls for long-term resolution Asset management for fixed and non-fixed assets, including relevant legislation and compliance requirements Contract and supplier relationship management within a complex shared service environment Health, safety and environmental protection standards in FM, including statutory processes and building regulations NVQ Level 3 in Heating and Ventilation or equivalent is essential for this role.
