Maintenance Manager Melton Mowbray (LE14) £60,000 - £65,000 Days | Monday to Friday | 08:00 - 16:30 A well-established manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and develop the engineering function at their production facility. The Role Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance department, ensuring high levels of equipment reliability, minimising downtime, and driving continuous improvement across the site.
