Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Electrical Maintenance Engineer Shepherds Bush, West London - Up to £48,000 Per annum An exciting opportunity to work for a leading National FM service provider! My client is looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned & reactive maintenance as part of an engineering team across a commercial estate consisting of several buildings in Shepherds Bush. The successful candidate will be mechanically qualified / biased (C&G or NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Working with the existing on-site engineering team, the successful candidate will be required to carry out Electrical maintenance duties to the following;
Key duties & Responsibilities General Lighting Changing Ballasts Emergency Light Tests LED Lighting Small installations Fault-finding Lamping Maintain and update Logbooks Support specialist sub-contractors Hours of Work & Salary Up to £48,000 per annum Monday to Friday (40 Hour week) 07:00 16:00 / 08:00 17:00 / 10:00 19:00 25 Days Holiday Call out - 1 in 4 Paid Volunteer Days Matched Pension Contribution Requirements Electrically qualified - City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2&3 City & Guilds - 18th Edition
