Senior Quantity Surveyor

Join a leading national contractor on the Network Rail Wales & Western CP7 framework. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic commercial team responsible for an estimated annual value of £10m. You will be commercially responsible for projects including the maintenance and renewal of station buildings, depots, platforms, subways and car parks.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be:

* Oversee commercial delivery of an NEC contract

* Monitor cost performance and contract compliance.

* Manage project finances: forecasting, cost control, and achieving profit/cash targets.

* Administer contracts, including payments, claims, and change control.

* Lead procurement and ensure supply chain compliance and performance.

* Maintain accurate financial records, reports, and monthly CVRs.

Our client requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor with:

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Civil Engineering.

* Confident working independently and managing commercial duties and junior members of the team.

* Strong NEC contract knowledge and cost control skills.

* Effective communicator and relationship builder across teams and supply chain.

Location:

Be based in our client’s offices in Bristol with some occasional travel to their Swindon office

Working hours:

45 hours each week

Hybrid working:
Access to hybrid depending on workload

Salary band: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
