What You Will Be Doing
As a Senior Transport Planner, you will be:

· Managing and delivering transport planning projects across a variety of development schemes.

· Preparing Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and Travel Plans.

· Undertaking junction capacity assessments and analysing traffic data.

· Liaising with clients, local authorities and multidisciplinary teams to support project delivery.

· Providing technical input into planning applications and development proposals.

· Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.

· Contributing to business development activities and helping to maintain strong client relationships.

· Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Skills and Experience Required
To be considered for this Senior Transport Planner position, you should have:

· Experience with in transport planning, particularly in development planning.

· A good understanding of the UK planning process and relevant transport guidance.

· Experience preparing Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and Travel Plans.

· Knowledge of junction modelling and traffic analysis techniques.

· Strong report writing and communication skills.

· The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

· Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members would be advantageous.

· Membership of a relevant professional institution or working towards chartership would be beneficial.

·£35,000 - £42,000 per year dependent on experience.
