We are seeking a skilled Senior Transport Planner to join our growing team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of projects, develop client relationships and play a key role in delivering high-quality transport planning solutions.

They work with a broad range of private and public sector clients, delivering transport planning advice across residential, commercial, mixed-use and infrastructure projects. • Manage and deliver transport planning projects across a variety of development schemes.
• Prepare Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and Travel Plans.
• Undertake junction capacity assessments and analyse traffic data.
• Liaise with clients, local authorities and multidisciplinary teams to support project delivery.
• Provide technical input into planning applications and development proposals.
• Support and mentor junior members of the team.
• Contribute to business development activities and help maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

• Experience with in transport planning, particularly in development planning.
• Good understanding of the UK planning process and relevant transport guidance.
• Experience preparing Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and Travel Plans.
• Knowledge of junction modelling and traffic analysis techniques.
  
  Strong report writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members advantageous.
• Membership of a relevant professional institution or working towards chartership beneficial.

• £35,000 - £42,000 per year dependent on experience.
