ARCA is supporting an innovative aerospace programme in Bristol looking for a Senior Design Engineer to join the team on an initial 3-4 month contract.

This is a multidisciplinary design role focused on the development and integration of aircraft power distribution systems, working across electrical, electronic and mechanical design activities.

Responsibilities

Design electrical and electronic concepts for Power Distribution Units (PDUs)
Develop Charge PDUs and support aircraft integration activities
Produce schematics, harness drawings and interface designs
Support both mechanical and electrical design activities
Design components using 3

DEXPERIENCE / CATIA
Create electrical BOMs and support requirements validation
Support weight reduction and optimisation studies
Harness drawings
Mechanical drawings
