Rolls‑Royce is seeking Fluid Mechanics & Thermofluids Engineers to support a range of current and future opportunities across our Defence business. Our teams are responsible for understanding, analysing and optimising the flow of air, fuel, oil and thermal energy through some of the world's most advanced aerospace propulsion systems. These teams play a vital role in product performance, efficiency, safety and environmental compliance.

• Aerothermal Engineering
• Thermofluids Systems
• Air Systems
• Fuel and Oil Systems
• Thermal and Thermo-Mechanical Analysis
• Performance & Environmental Engineering
• System Modelling and Simulation
• Product Verification and Development

• Mechanical, Aerospace or related Engineering degree (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, heat transfer or related disciplines
• Strong analytical and modelling capability
• Ability to solve complex technical problems within multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in aerospace, defence or highly regulated industries is advantageous

• Security Check clearance (or ability to obtain) for employment with the Rolls‑Royce Defence Early Life Cycle business.
• The role is open to UK nationals and, where approved by the MoD, dual nationals.
