Draughtsman​/3D Modelling - Naval

We’re expanding our Naval Division team to work at our Bristol office.

We are currently looking for a Mid – Senior Draughtsman with experience in 2D/3D modeling and preparation of construction drawings for shipbuilding projects
.

• Development of 2D and 3D drawings for ship structures, outfitting or piping systems
• Drafting and detailing of fabrication, assembly, and installation drawings
• Updating and revision of drawings according to engineering inputs and naval standards
• Extraction of material lists (BOM) and support to production documentation
• Interpretation of engineering plans, naval standards and technical specifications
• Coordination with engineering teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of the design
• Modeling in 3D CAD tools used in the naval sector (FORAN, AVEVA Marine, etc.)

• Technical degree in Naval Construction, Mechanical Drafting, Industrial Drafting or similar
• 1–3 years of experience as draftsman/delineante in the naval or industrial sector
• Proficiency in FORAN, AVEVA Marine, AutoCAD or similar CAD tools
• Ability to read and interpret shipbuilding drawings, structural plans, and outfitting diagrams
• Attention to detail, teamwork mindset, and strong communication skills
• Previous experience in shipyards or engineering companies (valued)

• Reduced work schedule every Friday of the year
• Reduced work schedule in July and August
• Continuous training through platforms and customized courses
