• Lead and deliver flood risk projects with a focus on integrated catchment modelling using Info Works ICM.
• Mentor junior team members and develop their skills.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure collaborative working.
• Conduct 1D‑2D modelling and GIS analysis using ArcGIS, Map Info, or QGIS.
• Support project managers with financial and change control procedures.
• Contribute to business development and tendering activities.

• Proven experience as a Senior Flood Risk Consultant with expertise in hydraulic modelling.
• Proficiency in Info Works ICM, TUFLOW, and GIS software.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring teams.
• Chartered status or willingness to achieve it.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
