Are you ready to lead a team that's shaping the future of the water industry?
We are looking for an Associate Engineer to bring their technical expertise to our challenging projects and be our Water Utilities Team Lead in Bristol.
Using your expertise, you will shape and deliver outstanding solutions that meet the individual challenges of our clients
-Wessex Water, South West Water and the Environment Agency.
As a Team Leader, you will guide, develop and grow the team, forming close working relationships with them, alongside local management and your peers.
This role is open to candidates of all backgrounds with suitable experience in the regulated water industry, which may include civil, mechanical, electrical, process or digital engineering, asset management or project management.

Play a central role in the continued development of a positive and supportive team which values high performance and collaborative working. - Collaborate

Form strong working relationships with key clients and colleagues to provide insight and leadership within projects, and facilitate effective sharing of workload and resources across teams. - Deliver

Support project delivery through technical excellence and leadership in your field, providing guidance, expertise and oversight to achieve high quality deliverables that meet client expectations. - Grow
:
Drive continued growth of the team and opportunities through input into strategic activities including recruitment, bids and business development. - Develop:Support the continued development of team members, setting a positive example as a line manager and providing mentorship, aiding them in obtaining chartership in their chosen field.

Ready to push the limits of what’s possible?
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- A degree (or equivalent) in an engineering subject (e.g. civil, electrical, mechanical).
- Extensive client facing experience with UK water companies and ability to support business development activities.
- Proven track record in a similar or related role within a consultancy or water company so you know how to navigate the complexities of the UK water sector.
