Shorterm Group is assisting an aerospace engineering client in Bristol by recruiting a Senior Manufacturing Engineer & NPI Manager. The role leads the full NPI process to ensure production readiness and compliance with customer, regulatory and quality expectations.
You will work with CNC programmers, production teams and suppliers to optimise processes, resolve technical challenges and drive continuous improvement across the facility.
