MEP CAD​/BIM Technician

We are seeking an experienced MEP CAD/BIM Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) drawings and BIM models, supporting project delivery across a range of sectors. This role offers flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams on challenging projects.

• Produce accurate 2D CAD drawings and 3D BIM models for MEP building services projects.
• Develop, coordinate, and maintain Revit MEP models in accordance with project BIM standards.
• Carry out model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Attend coordination meetings and resolve design clashes with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines.
• Prepare drawing packages, schedules, and model deliverables to agreed project deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with company CAD/BIM standards and client requirements.
• Support BIM implementation and continuous improvement across projects.
• Assist engineers with design documentation and technical detailing.

• Experience working as an MEP CAD Technician, BIM Technician, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Experience using Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination.
• Strong AutoCAD skill...
