Landing Gear Systems Engineers
Certain Advantage is hiring for Landing Gear Systems Engineer based in Filton
This role is on a contract basis and is site-based.
The CompanyWe’re working with a Manufacturing business that operates in the Aerospace sector. They design, manufacture and deliver industry-leading commercial aircraft, and separate Space and Defense division.
The RoleThis role is for a Landing Gear Systems Engineer —someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results-orientated and driven to succeed.
You’ll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
- Define technical requirements, perform technical analyses, and write plans,
- Critique and validate task planning and regularly update progress reporting for Engineering Leaders.
- Execute V&V strategies, test definition and technical analysis
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Prepare technical documentation to support project milestones, design reviews, etc
We’re looking for people who can show:
- Degree-level qualification in Engineering or a related discipline
- Systems Engineering experience (preferred)
- Knowledge/understanding of aircraft systems
- Hourly rate of circa £50ph
- Flexible working
- Training and Development
