Our client is seeking an ambitious, commercially astute Principal Structural Engineer to join its Bristol team, taking a leading role in delivering complex projects and driving technical excellence.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chartered Engineer to lead design teams, oversee major project delivery, build strong client relationships and mentor developing engineers. You will combine technical leadership with commercial responsibility, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency.
Applicants should hold Chartered status with IStructE or ICE and have substantial experience in structural design, team leadership and project delivery within a consultancy environment.
Strong knowledge of UK design standards and CDM requirements is essential, with experience in sectors such as defence, aviation or power particularly advantageous.
