Verification Engineer
Based in Bristol
Salary up to £57,000
If you're the sort of engineer who wants to see your verification strategy actually catch the fault before it reaches flight test, this one's worth a proper look.
You'll be joining a Software and Electronics Hardware team working on electric controller products for aerospace and training and simulation systems, electro-mechanical and mechatronic hardware that has to be right first time. You'll take ownership of verification and validation activity for airborne electronic hardware, working alongside systems, safety, mechanical and simulation disciplines rather than in a silo.
This isn't a box-ticking QA role. You'll be shaping the V&V strategy itself, not just executing someone else's test plan, and there's real scope to lead work packages and sub-teams as the role beds in.
Eligibility, please read before applyingThis role requires UK citizenship due to the nature of the programmes involved. If you don't hold UK citizenship, we won't be able to progress your application, so please don't spend time on it.
