As a Façade Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing and delivering high-performance building envelopes. Working alongside skilled engineers and architects, you will contribute to a variety of projects, from glass and façade design to broader structural engineering challenges. This role provides the perfect opportunity to expand your expertise in façade engineering while benefiting from a collaborative and forward-thinking workplace.
We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled engineer with experience in glass and façade design, though a background in structural engineering will also be considered. - Experience in glass and façade design is preferred, but structural engineering experience is also considered.
- Strong knowledge of façade materials, including glass, aluminium, and cladding systems.
- Familiarity with façade analysis and structural design software.
- An understanding of industry regulations and standards for façades and structures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for design detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, architects, and project teams.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a drive for professional growth.
- Chartered with IStructE or ICE (preferred but not essential).
- MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
