RGP Consulting Engineers is seeking a Senior or Principal Transport Planner to support and lead development planning projects across the UK. The role includes preparing Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and Travel Plans, advising clients on transport strategy, and working with planning authorities and other stakeholders.
Candidates should hold a degree in a relevant subject, have more than five years’ experience in UK development planning, and be committed to working towards relevant chartership. Strong technical judgement, clear communication and the ability to manage projects and client relationships are essential.
An established client base is welcomed but is not required. We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate business development skills and an ability to identify and develop new opportunities.
