Job Description

As an Electronic Gaming Host, your role is pivotal in creating an unforgettable experience for our customers. You’ll be the welcoming face of our electronic gaming floor, greeting and attending to guests to make them feel valued and entertained. You’ll foster a vibrant, engaging atmosphere that encourages guests to return time and again through thoughtful service and a friendly demeanor.

• Greet and attend to guests on the electronic gaming floor to create a welcoming and entertaining environment.
• Ensure each guest’s visit exceeds expectations through thoughtful service and engagement.

• An understanding of the overall standard of the electronic gaming offer within the unit and factors impacting its contribution to the business, with willingness to learn more about this product area.
• Experience in working successfully in a hospitality role.
• A positive attitude, great customer service and social skills.
• A willingness to be a team player, ensuring high customer service standards are delivered.

• Hourly pay rate of £12.42
• Tips:
  Receive a share of uncapped tips
