Box Office Supervisor

Overview

Box Office Supervisor, Full-Time, 37 hours, Salary £28,000 per annum. We programme a diverse range of artists, showcase community events, host our Music Education Hub performances, and use our spaces for a range of commercial business events.

This is your opportunity to be part of a dynamic, creative environment where live music and events are central. Your role will be key in delivering welcoming and efficient ticketing experiences for our audiences.

• Lead and supervise Box Office operations to ensure a welcoming, accurate ticketing service for all visitors.
• Collaborate with Box Office Managers to drive ticket sales, optimise processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Work with internal teams (programming, marketing) and external promoters to meet the demands of a busy music venue.
• Ensure adherence to venue policies, maintain cash handling and reporting procedures, and support service level targets.
• Roster shifts to cover evenings and weekends in line with the events schedule.

• Experience in a supervisory Box Office role with proven leadership and customer service skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems and point-of-sale software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external promoters.
