Role Overview We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Bar Staff to join our team at a busy late-night entertainment venue in Leicester on a permanent basis. The roles are expected to be filled within the next three months and will involve working approximately 9:00pm to 6:00am, four nights per week. All successful candidates will be subject to a three-month probationary period.

Essential Criteria Experience & Knowledge Previous experience working within the hospitality industry is essential. Experience working in a late-night venue, nightclub, bar, or entertainment venue is highly desirable. Understanding of responsible alcohol service and licensing regulations. Experience handling cash and card transactions accurately. Knowledge of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service. Skills & Abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Strong ability to work under pressure during busy trading periods. Excellent teamwork skills and willingness to support colleagues when required. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively. Strong attention to detail when preparing and serving drinks. Personal Attributes Friendly, professional, and approachable manner. Reliable, punctual, and flexible. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations. Comfortable working late-night shifts on a regular basis. Compliance & Safety Commitment to following venue policies, licensing legislation, and health & safety procedures. Understanding of Challenge 25 and age-verification processes. Commitment to maintaining a safe environment for customers and colleagues. Desirable Criteria Previous experience in a high-volume late-night bar or nightclub.

Cocktail-making experience and product knowledge. Personal Licence Holder qualification. First Aid qualification. Experience using EPOS/till systems. Knowledge of stock control procedures. Working Hours & Conditions Approximately 9:00pm to 6:00am. Four nights per week, including weekends and bank holidays as required. Opportunity to earn bonus for sales targets Roles expected to commence within the next three months. Successful candidates will be required to complete a three-month probationary period.
