Financial Controller

Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a Financial Controller to oversee a well‑known hospitality business near the Bristol area.

The role suits someone with a strong hospitality finance background, who is commercially driven and able to lead, drive and deliver the financials effectively.

As a Financial Controller you will need to be comfortable in completing a month‑end P&L, managing a small finance team, forecasting weekly and managing KPI’s.

• Hospitality or Hotel Finance Manager/Financial Controller previous experience (minimum 2 years)
• Commercial and with excellent knowledge of hotels / hospitality
• Self‑accounting experience
• A forward‑thinking person who embraces technology
• IT proficient in hotel PMS/EPOS systems
• A natural leader who can motivate and lead a small finance team successfully

Salary package:

£45,000-£55,000 + annual bonus circa 15‑20%, and great company benefits.

Basis:
This is an on‑site role (no hybrid).
