An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker in Bristol, ideal for individuals holding CeMAP 1 who are seeking structured training, full support, and high earnings.
You will benefit from a proven, in-depth training programme, constant guidance from a dedicated Mortgage Sales Manager, and a clear career path into a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor role.
Salary & Package:
* Basic salary up to £25,000
* Financial guarantees equating to £31,000 for the first 6 months
* OTE £45,000 Year 1 | £75,000+ thereafter
* Pension, life assurance, bonus & uncapped commission
Requirements:
* CeMAP 1 essential
* Sales or customer service experience preferred
* Ambitious, driven, and target-focused
