Head of Finance - Consultancy - London (Hybrid) - £80,000 - £90,000  bonus and benefits Your new company A respected and forward-thinking consultancy operating within the built environment sector is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Finance to join its established finance team in London. Your new role Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the financial strategy of the organisation. This is a high-impact leadership position, offering the opportunity to influence decision-making across the business and support its long-term growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing financial strategies, policies, and procedures. Supporting risk management and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Overseeing financial performance and achievement of targets. Partnering with strategic directors and business leaders to support commercial decision-making. Managing external stakeholder relationships and finance-related arrangements. Leading on financial aspects of corporate, trust, property, and pension matters. Enhancing financial systems and reporting capabilities, including SAGE.

Acting as Deputy for the Finance Director in their absence. Supporting the development of the finance team and delivering financial training across the business.
