Finance Systems Manager (Work Day) – Tech - Circa £80,000 Your new company An innovative tech-enabled marketplace based in the City of London is hiring a Finance Systems Manager to play a crucial role in stabilising and enhancing their ERP environment. Your new role Lead and mentor a team of ERP analysts supporting Work Day across finance operations. Act as the escalation point during month-end and quarter-end close cycles.

Collaborate with Finance and IT to identify and resolve process and system gaps. Promote documentation and knowledge sharing across the team. Coordinate with vendors on testing and small change requests. What you'll need to succeed Qualified Accountant 5 years of Work Day experience in finance systems or ERP support role. Strong understanding of financial processes. Experience leading a small team or workstream.
