We're working with a leading financial services provider who are expanding their Bridging Legal Team and are looking for a Legal Transactions Executive to support their fast-growing bridging finance product.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a legal environment who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-driven role and wants exposure to complex property finance transactions.

• Assisting with the coordination and management of due diligence on bridging finance transactions
• Supporting the approval and preparation of bridging loan facility and security documents
• Preparing documentation including conveyance instructions, tranche letters and covering correspondence
• Liaising with Underwriting to ensure all pre-conditions are satisfied prior to completion
• Working closely with teams across the business, including Regional Directors, Underwriting and Operations
• Escalating legal or transactional issues to the BTLT Manager where appropriate

• Experience working in an office-based role, ideally within legal services.
• Law related degree
• Exposure to Lending, specifically bridging finance or property finance is beneficial, but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and an appreciation of process and risk
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to use initiative and speak up when something doesn't look right
• Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Clear, confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
