Management Accountant

About the Client

We're partnering with a well established and growing FMCG business that's looking for a proactive finance professional to support their expanding operation. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you'll take ownership of monthly reporting, cash flow management, and financial analysis that feeds directly into commercial decision making and overall profitability.

Immediate Start

Monday - Friday (This is a fully onsite role)

• Produce accurate monthly management accounts, P&L reports, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Deliver clear, insightful financial analysis to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities for cost improvements.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts with key stakeholders and carry out detailed variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and support treasury-related activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and broader commercial projects.
• Maintain strong financial controls, ensure compliance, and assist with audits and tax requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to junior members of the finance team.

• At least 2 years' experience as a Management Accountant, ideally within food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA or AAT).
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems.
• A strong communicator who can partner effectively across departments.
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable improving processes and solving problems.
