We are seeking a highly strategic and commercially focused Finance Manager to join our influential at a global creative powerhouse based in Central London.

This is a pivotal role for a confident finance professional who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders to shape investment decisions, drive performance, and contribute to long‑term financial strategy. You’ll gain exposure to the CFO and VP of Finance
, and have clear progression opportunities toward future leadership roles — including the potential to move into a CFO track.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across both operational costs and CAPEX
• Provide financial stewardship over capital projects — ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, timelines, and budget targets
• Build and enhance cost-performance dashboards and financial models to inform strategic planning
• Partner with senior business leaders to drive cost optimisation initiatives and process improvement
• Guide investment decisions through data‑driven analysis, business case reviews, and ROI tracking
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to standardise processes and support scalable growth
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support high‑impact decision‑making

• Proven experience managing cost performance and/or capital investment (CAPEX) in a strategic finance role
• Exceptional analytical and modelling skills, with a commercial mindset
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and presenting clear, actionable insights
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• A proactive, improvement‑focused mindset — excited to shape finance processes and drive value
