The Role

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to play a key strategic and operational role in overseeing all financial aspects of Quorso. You’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day accounting and reporting while driving performance through analysis, insight, and business partnering. Reporting directly to the COO, you’ll help ensure financial integrity, support leadership in decision‑making, and build the models that guide strategic decisions and future growth plans.

You’ll be hands‑on - managing core finance operations - while also shaping the processes and insights that underpin scale‑up success. It’s an ideal opportunity for a qualified accountant with industry experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment and wants to grow with a business on a global trajectory.

What you’ll do

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, providing insight into performance, variances, and trends.
• Develop and maintain financial models that support business planning and investment decisions.
• Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and month‑end close.
• Produce accurate management accounts, cash flow statements, and statutory reports.
• Partner with leaders across the business to align financial plans with strategic priorities.
• Manage working capital and optimise cash flow, maintaining strong internal controls.
• Collaborate with external accountants and auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and financial processes.

About you

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
• 5–8 years’ experience across finance, accounting, or FP&A roles.
• Strong understanding of both financial operations and strategic planning.
• Hands‑on and detail‑oriented, with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Commercial thinker who enjoys partnering with business leaders.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or high‑growth environments is an advantage.
• Experience working within a private equity‑backed business is highly desirable.
