How you’ll make a differenceAs the Integration cost business partner, you will support the Forecasting and modelling of the integration cost for all Business units, delivering a Project budget and monthly reporting. Through your knowledge standard forecasting methodologies, Cost analysis and month end experience as well as Commercial acumen you will develop and maintain the project forecast and month end reporting.
Maintenance of strong Stakeholder management across the entirety of TSB is key to the role, becoming a trusted SME with whom the Business can share their costing scenarios. You will be responsible for communicating, challenging and supporting them with their proposals, being very responsive and working to tight timelines.
What you’ll bring- An understanding of Cost forecast modelling.
- Strong excel modelling skills, interpreting complex spreadsheets with adequate governance/control.
- Able to communicate across a wide verity of stakeholders from differing backgrounds.
- Technical mindset and able to deep dive into problems.

There will likely be a 30-minute informal, exploratory chat with the Hiring Manager followed by a structured interview via Teams with the Hiring Manager plus another member of the team. Here are some of the questions you’ll be asked at interview:
