Position: Commissions Receivable Analyst

We’re looking for a detail‑driven Commissions Receivable Analyst to join our Financial Control team. In this role, you’ll ensure the accurate processing, reconciliation, and reporting of commission income from our network partners. You’ll be a key link between our finance, commercial, sales, and operations teams helping us maintain the integrity of commission revenue and continuously improve how we work.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Processing, reconciling, and reporting commission payments across multiple network partners (O2, Vodafone, and EE).
  • Investigating commission discrepancies and resolving payment issues with internal teams and external contacts.
  • Maintaining commission models, analysing commercial changes, and ensuring accurate product and pricing setup.
  • Supporting Sales with complex deals to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Producing reports, analysing trends, and supporting month‑end, year‑end, and audit processes.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline systems and processes within the commission cycle.
Your Experience
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, formulas, reporting).
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams.
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with a willingness to learn.
