Management Accountant

Robert Half is exclusively partnering with a growing group business in Bristol to recruit a Management Accountant. This role is ideal for:

• Newly qualified CIMA or ACCA candidates from industry

• ACA first movers seeking their first move from practice

£50,000-£55,000 plus bonus and wider benefits package

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will support day-to-day company accounting and group reporting, ensuring accurate financial control and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
• Income forecasting
• VAT returns and tax treatment of ad-hoc transactions
• Audit support and consolidated group reporting schedules
• Intercompany recharges and overhead cost allocation
• Government reporting and compliance reviews
• Cash management, rebates and supplier payments
• Reviewing junior team members' work

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA fully qualified
• Strong technical accounting background
• Commercial experience
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical ability

This is a broad, hands-on role offering excellent exposure and progression within a supportive finance team
