Finance Director

We are working on an exciting opportunity to recruit a Finance Director to join a senior leadership team. This is a strategic, high-profile role, providing financial leadership, oversight, and commercial insight across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the Finance function, building a high-performing team. Drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure robust financial controls, governance, and compliance. Partner with operational leaders to support commercial decisions, including investment cases, bids, and contracts. Manage cashflow, treasury, and board-level reporting responsibilities. Candidate Profile:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience. Proven track record of financial leadership in complex business environments. Strong team leadership and commercial acumen. Strategic thinker with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
