Mortgage Advisor – Employed or Self‑Employed – South Bristol

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well established Mortgage Advisory business that co‑owns a number of Hunters Estate Agency businesses in the South Bristol area.

The mortgage business is an Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.

The business is extremely busy and productive as a result of a real focus by the Estate Agency business on the Mortgage opportunities.

The firm is now looking for a further advisor to accommodate the large business numbers that keep growing each year as a result of continued new business from the Estate Agency and the remortgage opportunities that keep rolling over as the business ages.

Base salary DOE and negotiable but between £30,000 and £35,000 for the employed role.

Average loan sizes are circa 300k meaning £70,000+ earnings and more are possible.

Should the advisor prefer self‑employed then a pipeline build guarantee is available as are very healthy comms splits.

The role is self‑employed or employed with £100,000 earnings achievable for the very best and much more.

We are happy with either Hybrid working or fully office based.

We are only looking for CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience.
