As US Corporate Tax Specialist
, you will take ownership of US corporate tax work for a portfolio of UK and international clients with US exposure. The work is a blend of advisory and compliance, including federal corporate tax matters, structuring and coordination around state taxes where required. You will operate as the go-to US tax expert, working closely with senior stakeholders and playing a key role in shaping how the US tax offering evolves as the business grows.

This is not a support role; it is a platform role, with clear succession planning and the opportunity to grow into a senior leadership position over time.

• Strong experience in US corporate tax from a boutique or specialist US tax practice
• Confident operating autonomously and owning work end to end
• Solid technical grounding in US federal corporate tax, with state tax exposure beneficial
• EA, CPA, JD, or equivalent experience preferred
• Ambition to step into a longer-term leadership role rather than stay purely technical
