Management Accountant

Robert Half is partnering with a well-known Bristol-based charity to recruit an interim management accountant for an initial six-month engagement. Up to £55k 6 - 9 month FTC Immediate Start Hybrid working - Central Bristol Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in supporting the finance function, ensuring the smooth delivery of month-end reporting and providing reliable financial insight to senior stakeholders across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary Balance sheet reconciliations and maintenance of the nominal ledger Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process Cash flow monitoring and reporting Producing financial reports for grant funding and restricted income Liaising with budget holders to provide financial support and challenge

About you:

Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience Proven management accounts experience, ideally within the charity or not-for-profit sector Strong Excel skills; experience with accounting software (Sage, Xero, or similar) Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and hitting the ground running For more information or to apply, please contact Ben Williams @ Robert Half on  or apply directly to this advert.
