Are you ready for an opportunity that blends personal development and real‑world experience? Join our paid three‑day in‑person work experience programme on 27th October 2026 where you’ll be immersed into our Tax team.
A career in tax is more than just becoming a tax adviser; you’ll be part of Team Tax, diving into the intricate world of tax laws, both in the UK and internationally, applying them into real‑life solutions for our clients, helping clients save money, mitigate tax risks, navigate the complex landscape of reporting requirements, and create value.
Our business areas within Team Tax include VAT/Indirect Tax, Employer Solutions, Private Client Services, Corporate Tax, Innovation and Creative Sector Reliefs, Transfer Pricing, Capital Allowances and Tax Investigations.
During our three‑day programme, you’ll:- Attend insight sessions across Tax.
- Participate in group sessions developing your skills such as communication and teamwork.
- Participate in networking, personal branding, wellbeing, and employability sessions.
- Hear from our current students and learn about their career journeys so far.
This is a great opportunity to gain insight into professional services and the chance to accelerate your recruitment process with RSM for a degree‑apprenticeship in Tax.
What we are looking for:Are you someone who thrives on variety, loves learning new things, and enjoys connecting with people? If that sounds like you and you are looking for relevant hands‑on work experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
- Be in Year 12 or 13.
- Be predicted a minimum of 112 UCAS points from three A‑levels or an equivalent level 3 qualification.
- Show enthusiasm for learning new skills and expanding your knowledge.
The start date for our three‑day work experience programme is 27th October 2026. Successful candidates must be available to attend their confirmed office for the full duration of the programme.
