Finance Transformation Manager Bristol Area | £50,000-£60,000  Hybrid Working Core3 is partnering with an organisation to recruit a Finance Transformation Manager opportunity in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing transformation function within an international environment, supporting large-scale process improvement, automation, and finance transformation initiatives across multiple countries and business functions. As a Finance Transformation Manager, you'll work closely with finance stakeholders, operational teams, and transformation specialists to support strategic change initiatives across the wider business. How you'll make an impact Support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives across multiple business areas Help redesign finance and operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and control Partner with finance, operations, and systems teams to identify improvement opportunities Support automation and digital transformation projects across the business Assist with process mapping, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities Drive improvements across finance controls, reporting, and operational processes Challenge existing ways of working and support simplification initiatives Work closely with transformation teams to support project delivery Support continuous improvement and operational excellence activities Help deliver scalable and sustainable finance process improvements across international operations Why you're a great fit Strong understanding of finance processes and operational finance environments
